Each package offers storm inspection as standard benefit to give you added peace of mind.
Service content
Our key management service includes the following activities:
- Inspecting the property for storm damage or signs of burglary.
- Checking the alarm system, if applicable.
- Conducting an inspection of the property to check for leaks.
- Ventilating the property during our visit.
- Flushing taps and toilets to maintain plumbing.
- Inspecting electrical systems for any issues.
- Watering plants if necessary.
- Performing an exterior inspection of the property.
- Repositioning outdoor furniture after a storm if needed.
- After each inspection, you will receive a detailed report.
- Where possible, we can perform repairs for an additional cost or hire specialists if necessary.
