Do I pay startup costs?

No, we do not charge startup costs. We work on commissions, which means that if the property is not rented out, you have no costs with us!

Can I still use my property myself?

Yes, it is still possible to use your property for personal use. Just let us know in advance so we can block the period when you want to use the property yourself.

How do you determine the prices for renting out my property?
